Eric Zeece, the business innovation manager for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development presented the new economic development initiatives that are a part of the Talent and Innovation Initiative.  The initiatives focus on developing and attracting businesses rooted in technology and innovation, according the the Nebraska Department of Economic Development
