Mary Anne Classen has experienced a lot of growth in the technology and financial industries over the past 37 years. She began as a teller at a small savings and loan bank working on a posting machine. Throughout her career, she has experienced all facets of the industry, including account management, conversions, and managing customer phone support. She was the vice president of operations for First Commerce Technologies in Lincoln before it was acquired by Computer Services, Inc.
“I was just always excited to be in that technology world, especially when I started working in the computer industry side of banking,” Classen said.
Classen now serves as the operations quality manager at CSI. Her duties include contingency planning and disaster recovery as well as the facilitation of communication between customer service and operations. She is a certified business continuity professional.
CSI recently restructured and rebranded the company. They’ve gone from separate companies to divisions, all the while continuing to grow and acquire new companies and talent. They tapped into their talent pool using an in-house graphic artist to design the new, modernized logo. One thing that hasn’t changed through the restructure is CSI’s commitment to customer service, Classen said.
“A lot of people have spent their careers doing this with the same company or an acquired company,” she said. “We really pride ourselves on our customer service.”
CSI employees use Web@work a product they developed, to help gain insight into what their customers need. Over the past 11 years their staff has doubled nationwide. CSI has business and operation centers located in eleven states.
Computer Services, Inc. delivers core processing, managed services, mobile and Internet solutions, payments processing, print and electronic distribution, and regulatory and compliance solutions to financial institutions and corporate customers across the nation. Exceptional service, dynamic solutions and superior results are the foundation of CSI’s reputation in empowering businesses to remain competitive, compliant and profitable. CSI’s stock is traded on OTCQX under the symbol CSVI.
