Education:  Nebraska boasts one of the best high school graduation rates in the country, at 87 percent.  More than 73 percent of those who graduate from a Nebraska school will have taken the ACT or the SAT and will score above the national average in math, science, reading and writing. Nebraska is also home to more than 35 universities and colleges, including the University of Nebraska, the state-wide university system.
